Diane Adams
Accounting Manager

Diane studied accounting and finance at Florida State College at Jacksonville and has over 40 years of experience, working 20 years for Sears Catalog in distribution and logistics before starting work at OE&S in 1993. Although she worked as CFO for 12 years, her current position allows her to work more directly with the parts of OE&S that she loves the most, such as creating a welcoming work environment, maintaining a positive company image and managing the people and real estate assets of the company. Diane focuses on accounts payable and general ledger bookkeeping and maintains the inventory of our showroom and warehouse. She also practices as a real estate broker and notary, and enjoys spending her free time with family at the beach, watching movies, listening to music, or relaxing at home with their three cats.

Teresa Alvey
Administrative Specialist

Teresa holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is currently working toward a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting.  She has additional experience in administrative and data entry work. Her tasks at OE&S are varied and ever-changing, including accounts payable, billing, operations, and administrative duties. As one of the newer additions to our team, Teresa has enjoyed working with the other people and talent in our showroom. Outside of work, Teresa loves movies and reading, as well as spending time with her family. 

Cyndie Brake
Senior Vice President

Cyndie is the Senior Vice President and has over 30 years’ service with OE&S. She wears many hats, but her favorite is customer relations. She excels in large projects, and loves the challenge of putting the project “puzzle” together –from customer needs, product utilization, building flow- as well as coordinating with clients, manufacturers, trades and installers. Her longstanding client base attests to her and her team’s mastery of this skill. She is active as a community steward with the San Marco Rotary club and volunteer efforts with the Youth Leadership Jacksonville program. She is a proud member of Leadership Jacksonville’s class of 1994. When she’s not working, she loves birding, traveling the world and rooting on her mighty FSU Seminoles.

Stacy Brooks
Project Specialist, Interior Designer

Stacy graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. She is a licensed designer with the State of Florida and is NCIDQ certified. Stacy comes to us with 20+ years of experience in corporate design. Stacy’s prior work experience includes a strong background in space utilization, construction documentation, specification and facility/project management. Stacy’s experience designing a wide array of projects from C Suite offices to retail spaces to mail room renovations, allows her to bring a range of perspective and vision to the table for our clients.

John Davis
Operations Manager

John is another long-standing and dynamic employee at OE&S, moving from installer to installer supervisor, and now to Operations Manager during his 25+ years here. On a day-to –day basis, John is in charge of scheduling and managing all installers and supervisors, performing service calls, inspecting job sites and assisting with labor and manpower quotes. He also plays a vital role in pre-job planning and project management, especially on larger jobs. John’s weekends and after-work hours are largely spent fresh water fishing in many locations around Jacksonville.

Elizabeth Floyd
CSR/Sales Support

Elizabeth graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Accounting & Finance and a minor in Forensic Accounting. She is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration in Aviation degree with a specialization of accounting.  Elizabeth’s prior experience includes working as an accountant and inside sales support agent for a full service travel agency.  In her spare time, she enjoys bowling on a local bowling league.

Stefanie Fraidenburg
Vice President of Interior Design

Stefanie joined the OE&S team soon after she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro in 1997. She became a licensed interior designer in 2010 and is also a LEED AP BD+C, which is an additional certification in energy-efficient building design. Her team works on both large and small projects, with much of her day-to-day work focused on maintaining continuing accounts, such as Baptist Medical and CSX. Stefanie has twins who are very involved in soccer, and she spends much of her spare time out on the field watching them play.

Todd Hogan
Chief Financial Officer

Todd holds a degree in Accounting and has worked in the financial field for 19 years, including ten years at Cue and Case and four years at a microbuild tech company prior to his position as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at OE&S. Todd meets with and supports the sales teams and contributes heavily towards the direction and future of the company as a whole. This includes working with Haworth’s Workplace Alliance to compare and network OE&S among other Haworth dealers and industry forces. On a day-to-day basis, Todd manages the monthly books, pays company bills, collects A/R, and contributes toward the ease of Ownership Thinking implementation among everyone in the company.

Melanie Johnson
Project Specialist

Melanie earned a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University in 2004 and has worked with OE&S ever since as designer and project specialist. Her team works on a variety of projects, including large-scale commercial projects for global companies, such as Johnson & Johnson and Gulf Stream. Throughout her years at OE&S, Melanie has enjoyed observing and working through the changing trends of modern office design, as well as the rewards that come from making her longtime customers happy and their lives better. At home, Melanie loves gardening and spending time outdoors and with her son, Travis.

Lisa Marston
Director of Design

Lisa Graduated from Illinois State University with a B.S. in Interior & Environmental Design. She is licensed in the state of Florida and an NCIDQ certificate holder.  She has 20 years of experience, 10 years in the commercial furniture industry and 10 years at an architecture and design firm.  Lisa spent much of her career as a healthcare Interior Designer specializing in creating hospital construction design standards as well as hospital equipment planning.  Lisa has also served as VP of Events, President and Past President of the IIDA North Florida Chapter.

Alicia McMullen
Interior Designer

Alicia McMullen graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida State University in December 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design. With 5+ years’ experience in furniture and hospitality design, she is highly detail-oriented and enjoys delighting her customers through ongoing customer service. She is a licensed interior designer in the state of Florida, while currently working remote for OE&S since 2017. In her free time, Alicia enjoys traveling, hiking, and play video games with her husband.

Mel Schock
Account Manager

Mel has 20 + years of sales experience working in the Commercial Furniture Industry.  She has been with OE&S for 20 of those years.  Her focus is on corporate, education, and government clients.  Some of her clients include Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, UF Health Jacksonville, Jacksonville University, and Lockheed Martin.  She enjoys meeting many different people and building relationships with her clients. Mel has been involved in CREW Jax, a commercial real estate organization, for 17 years and is the incoming CREW Jax president for 2021.  She volunteers her time with PACE Center for Girls along with local IIDA events. 

Rachael Shults
Project Specialist

Rachael is a Jacksonville native who earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Architecture, with a minor in Interior Design, from Savannah College of Art and Design. After graduating, she worked for 6 years as a Design Consultant in high-end residential furniture and window treatments. She joined the OES teams at the end of 2019 as a Project Specialist and is eager to bring her attention to detail and creativity to the team. She is a member of the Cummer Museum’s Ponce De Leon Society, enjoys cooking and loves snuggling her two cats Henry and Cucumber.

Kathy Snowden
Project Specialist

Kathy graduated magna cum laude from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design. She started a local company in 2001 and is an entrepreneur with 18 years of experience in business leadership, development, sales and customer service. Her background as a senior project designer focused on Corporate Design both in Austin and Jacksonville. As a project specialist she combines her love for design and problem solving with attentively meeting her client’s needs. Kathy is the proud mom of a high school sophomore and enjoys volunteering for her daughter’s volleyball team.

Charles Stewart III
Workplace Consultant

Charles is a positive & energetic professional with over 25 years of experience in architectural/ Interior design consulting, project management, and business development. He has strong success in achieving organizational results/sales goals through strategic planning, analysis, collaboration and on time project completion and implementation. Charles has a keen ability to provide mentorship, strategic and tactical planning in order to meet the client expectations and to achieve business metrics.

Julie Tate
Project Specialist

Julie graduated in 2003 from Meredith College in North Carolina with Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design and Art. She worked at a Haworth dealership in south Texas before joining OE&S in 2006. As a project specialist, she focuses almost exclusively on Gulfstream, providing design support to facilities around the USA. With her high attention to detail, she excels in helping her customers work to get the most functional design for their workspace during renovations. In her spare time, she loves to quilt, paint, renovate their older home with her husband and spend time with her children.

Danielle Warhurst
Account Manager

Danielle is our newest Account Manager with 10+ years of sales experience both commercial and residential. She joined the B2B Communications with OE&S in 2018 where she is focused on managing her teams work for clients, prospecting, and public relation activities. She provides daily hands-on service to clients large and small, offering timely and creative solutions to meet their needs. In addition to her duties in account management, Danielle has taken courses in Project Management as well. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her two kids.
