As one of the nation’s largest diversified financial organizations, relocating part of their mortgage call center to Jacksonville was both a lucrative project to PNC and Jacksonville. OE&S collaborated on this LEED project with Haworth and the international Architectural & Design firm Gensler. Through the culmination of sustainability and workplace best practices, PNC’s Jacksonville offices support a variety of team and individual workstyles, while reflecting a consistent aesthetic that aligns the PNC brand throughout the United States. With over 625 workstations the Jacksonville call center also supports the day to day operations with executive conference rooms, huddle rooms, training rooms, private offices, and break areas.
