The Shepherd Agency is a Florida-based marketing agency that has been crafting winning B2C & B2B marketing solutions since 1984. Shepherd was moving into a new space and wanted their furniture to support their work as an innovative advertising agency, driving the development of an open, modern, and colorful workspace that would support collaboration and the use of large monitors. Moving from traditional workstations with panels to an open benching system, the OE&S team, in collaboration with Connie Turner Interiors Inc., needed to make sure the employees didn’t feel like they were losing anything in the process. The end result was a gorgeous space that exudes a synergistic team of innovative thinkers.
